Skype is a free application for Android that allows you to use the famous instant messaging on your smartphone from Google.
With Skype installed on your phone, you can first call savings. If one of your contacts is connected, then you do not need to call in a conventional manner on the phone but just call the identifier since it's free. But you can call mobile phones via Skype but this service is chargeable.
This version also allows you to make video calls to your Skype contacts. Caution This feature is available only if the phone is connected to a WiFi network.
On the other hand, of course you can send and receive instant messages with either a single contact or group. Skype for Android can be very useful as a program especially if you do not find yourself in front of your computer and you need to participate a conference call on instant messaging.
